Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping via Registered Australian Post for all orders over AUD$40 or orders for Gift Items paid with your accumulated points.

Business Days

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

This depends on your selected shipping method.

Registered Post: 1-7 business days from date of shipping
Express Post Platinum (courier): 1-2 business days from date of shipping
Registered Post International: 3-10 business days from date of shipping

Shipping details (e.g shipping method, parcel number) will be emailed to you soon after your order is shipped. You can also login to your Miriyan Account to get those shipping details by selecting “order details”.

Your order will be shipped within 1 working day after payment confirmed if the product is in stock.

Packaging

All of our parcels are beautifully packed by Miriyan using quality boxes and bags. We also provide gift packing. Our packing services are totally free!

Please note that you can also have the gift delivered to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice then will not be included in that parcel – it will be emailed to you instead.

Customs Fees and Import Restrictions

Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out about any restrictions applicable to them and pay any charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest checking your country in the first instance on their website at www.auspost.com.au. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering e.g. Customs and Excise.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time expected please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.

Insurance Claims

Undelivered parcels: All insurance claims are between Miriyan and Australia Post. We will arrange for the insurance payment to be paid to you or will replace your order if available.

Delivered parcels: Insurance claims are between the customer and Australia Post. If you need to make a claim and need assistance just email us.
