Payment
Unless your account or credit information is obtained illegally or fraudulently by someone other than those authorized to use your account, you will be wholly responsible for all usage and purchases under your account (including purchases made by children, other family members or friends). By purchasing products/services offered on our web site, you agree to authorise miriyanjewellery.com.au to charge purchases you make on-line to the credit card you supplied to us.
All orders are pre-paid. For bank transfers please fax or email us the acknowledgement. We will ship your parcel as soon as your payment appears in our account.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Orders (including international orders) incur the standard 10% GST. All prices shown in the online catalogue include GST.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund including the shipping costs.
How to prepare a return
1. Obtain your Return Authorisation Code
Email info@miriyanjewellery.com.au with your return request (including the reason for the return) and you will be given a Return Authorisation Code. Write the Return Authorisation Code clearly on the outside of the parcel being returned and on the invoice we sent you with your purchase.
2. Package
Place all the original packaging in the box including the invoice.
3.Shipping
Please note that your are responsible for any shipping costs when returning items.
Australian Customers: Use the Registered Post service provided at Australia Post outlets. Ensure the insurance provided will cover the purchase price of the item being returned.
International Customers: Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. An email will be sent notifying you of this, or requesting further information as needed.
Note: All returns must have a Return Authorisation Code. Any item returned without a Return Authorisation Code will be returned to the sender.
