You can order our products in three simple steps:

A. Browse through our catalogue and find the products you want. Click the button to find out more about a particular product.

B. When you are ready to purchase the item, simply click the  button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View shopping cart).

C. When you have finished your shopping click on the  button.

Every item specified as being “in stock” on miriyanjewellery.com.au will be shipped by the next business day of your order date.

International Orders

Miriyan delivers orders all over the world. Australian Registered International Post will take approximately 3-10 business days to be delivered.

Shipping details (e.g. shipping method, parcel number) will be emailed to you soon after shipment. You can also login to your Miriyan Account to get shipping details by clicking “Order details”.

Canceling an Order

You may for any reason cancel your prepaid order by contacting us as soon as possible. Most orders may be cancelled up until 9:30am the next business day after the order is placed. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders that have been processed for shipment.

Processing Orders

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed if the product is in stock.

Orders for items not in stock

Orders for products not in stock will take longer to ship and will usually be dispatched within 10 business days. You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched for any reason. We will contact you, and if you wish, refund any prepaid amounts if we are not able to deliver your order within 10 business days after your order date.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

This depends on your selected shipping method.

Registered Post: 1-7 business days from date of shipping
Express Post Platinum (courier): 1-2 business days from date of shipping
Registered Post International: 3-10 business days from date of shipping

Currency

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
All prices shown in the online catalogue include GST.

You may call us on (03) 9817 3569 if you prefer to pay for your order in other currency.

Greeting Card Message

We offer personalized greeting card messages on selected items. Details are provided on product pages for those items that have this feature available.

If an item you are ordering has this feature, you will see a Gift message option during checkout . Simply select that option and enter your personal greeting message. Note: greeting message option may not be available for non-registered buyers checking out with PAYPAL,please contact us if you want this option arrenged.

Miriyan are more than glad to do everything we can to meet your special demands, such as shipping time and packing and so on, just submit your extra need here.

If an item you are ordering has this feature, you will see a Comments option  during checkout .

Packaging

All of our parcels are beautifully packed by Miriyan using quality boxes and bags. We also provide gift packing. Our packing services are totally free!

Gift wrapping

Miriyan provides with you beautiful packing paper and ribbons to choose from.

Please note that you can also have the gift delivered to the recipient by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice then will not be included in that parcel – it will be emailed to you instead.
